Olde Sycamore

Olde Sycamore Golf Plantation is a golf community in the town of Mint Hill, North Carolina. Just off Route 485, residents of Olde Sycamore enjoy easy access to uptown Charlotte, downtown Matthews, and the Mint Hill area.

Olde Sycamore has a “forest” feel with many mature hardwoods. The established homeowners association plans many social activities for residents. Recreational facilities, including a swimming pool, club house, and tennis courts provide residents with an opportunity to stay active and to mingle with their neighbors.

Many amenities surround the Olde Sycamore community. Nearby are the Mint Hill Park on Fairview and the Emerald Lake Golf Course. In addition, the semi-private Olde Sycamore golf course opened in May 1997.

Part of Olde Sycamore is in Mecklenburg County and part is in Union County.
