Brightmoor is a neighborhood located off Pleasant Plains Road in Matthews, NC. Located minutes from downtown Matthews and Route 16, Providence Road, residents enjoy easy access to I-485, uptown Charlotte, and a wide variety of restaurants and retail shops. Nearby shopping centers include the Promenade, the Arboretum, and Providence Commons.

Activities are also located nearby to Brightmoor. The Siskey YMCA, is one of the largest YMCAs in the country. Colonel Beatty Park, featuring sports fields, two playgrounds, a large lake, picnic tables, and paddleboat rentals, is about a mile away.
